Lazer X Seat 10-Year Limited Warranty
1. Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the Lazer X Seat.
10-Year Limited Warranty
The following components of your Lazer X Seat are covered by a ten (10) year limited
warranty against defects in materials, workmanship, and normal wear and tear:
• Frame
• Tool Tray
• Casters
This warranty is valid for ten (10) years from the date of purchase.
Two (2) Year Limited Warranty
The following components of your Lazer X Seat are covered by a two (2) year limited
warranty against defects in materials, workmanship, and normal wear and tear, starting
from the date of purchase:
• Seat
• Pneumatic Cylinder
2. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or accidents.
• Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, and discoloration.
• Products used for commercial, industrial, or rental purposes.
• Any modification or alteration of the product.
• Damage caused by improper assembly or maintenance.
3. Warranty Remedy
In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, we will, at our option, provide a free
replacement for the defective part. We will cover all shipping and handling costs associated with the replacement part, including the cost of returning the defective part if required.
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department with proof of
purchase and a description of the issue. We may require the return of the defective part for inspection.
4. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective parts as described above. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not to, lost profits or
personal injury.
