Returns
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. Returns are free, because TraXion pays the return shipping. To start a return, email service@traxionproducts.com or call 479-474-3460 or 800-208-9636, and we'll send you a prepaid return label.

Refund or exchange
You choose a full refund or an exchange. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or doesn't work as it should, contact us the same way. We'll send a free prepaid return label and make it right.
Warranty
Our creepers come with a 1-year warranty.
Exchanges
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
