Great products and even better customer service. It's really nice to be able to talk to a real person on the phone. Our shop has two topside creepers and we wore out the pads on both. I order two pads and only one arrived. Called and without any question they sent me another one. Very impressed!
Casters are good. Just wish there was a way to retain the balls. The old ones were still good but missing the ball bearings.
Very impressed with the design and heavy duty construction. The product packaging also provided satisfactory protection during shipping and delivery.
